You’ll be taking charge of significant parts of the product and helping build an awesome team of engineers and a great company culture. Our ideal fit is someone who’s thoughtful, driven by the product, and eager to push out loads of features, dive into various aspects of the business, and really shape where the product is headed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

• Help shape our engineering processes, culture, systems, codebase, and all things engineering-related.
• Get those top-notch features and code out the door!
• Be part of the strategic discussions on what to build, why, and when, and help tackle the business challenges we face as an early-stage startup.
• Work closely with the founders on deciding what features to focus on and how to tackle them, and basically everything else about the business.
• Drive our engineering and product roadmaps based on what our customers are saying and careful analysis.

THE RIGHT FIT WILL HAVE:

• At least 3 years of full-time professional software engineering under their belt.
• Top-notch communication and collaboration skills.
• A real desire to be part of and help shape an awesome culture as we grow.
• Experience with one or more common web application frameworks (like Phoenix, Rails, Django, etc.).
• Familiarity with at least one relational database system.

EXTRA POINTS FOR:

• Having interests and hobbies outside of work!
• Knowing your way around React, GraphQL, and Elixir/Phoenix.
• Having worked at a startup before.
• Having a background in finance.
• Being super into investing, creator economies, and/or finance.
