About the Position: As the primary engineer within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development and engineering initiatives to elevate our platform. We seek a dynamic full-stack engineer who can take ownership of our technology stack and drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with our founding team and product designers to shape the future of our product. With a focus on enhancing user experience and adopting modern technologies, you will position our platform as the cornerstone of our company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend architecture (AWS, Go) and maintain our codebase.
• Collaborate with product designers to enhance our design system and UI library (TypeScript, Tailwind).
• Work closely with our customer success team to develop internal tools for support operations.
• Manage the product roadmap and engineering efforts post-launch.
• Partner with founders to identify high-impact engineering projects that drive revenue.
• Contribute to building and scaling our engineering and product teams.

Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA, and work primarily from our Downtown Boston office.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading full-stack engineering projects.
• Proficiency in TypeScript (React) and Go.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud architecture (AWS).
• Ability to integrate various systems and tools seamlessly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
