Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end project implementation, including scoping features, product design, database architecture, and final deliverables development.
• Engage directly with customers to collect feedback and influence product design. Collaborate with team members across various functions, including mentoring junior engineers.
• Ensure smooth integration with multiple third-party systems to deliver robust fintech solutions.

What We Seek:

• A “full-stack capable” engineer with over 5 years of experience in development teams.
• A self-starter who thrives on innovation and autonomy.
• Data-driven with a penchant for hypothesis testing. Enjoys collaborative team building.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js with a commitment to clean code.
• Capable of balancing tradeoffs between robustness and speed.
• Based in NYC or open to relocation – at this early stage, our operations will be in-person.
