We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our client, a VC backed Climate Tech software Startup as a pivotal member of their team.

Role Overview:

This Founding Engineer position is crucial for shaping the technical trajectory of our organization. As the senior engineer, you will assume diverse responsibilities on the engineering front. We operate in the realm of reducing emissions where they are present in supply chains. The opportunity to revolutionize an otherwise conventional industry.

As a Seed stage startup with approximately $6 million in total funding, we collaborate with major brands and players here in the US

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in a dynamic, startup setting
  • Experience in back-end, front-end, integration tech, and cloud cloud, specifically in Python, AWS, React, and DynamoDB
  • Proven track record of contributing to great teams addressing intricate organizational and technical challenges
  • Demonstration of an ownership mindset towards the company’s success and a solution-oriented approach to issues
  • Ability to tackle unstructured problems with diligence and creativity
  • Clear communication of potential issues, coupled with proactive solutions to minimize impact
  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Enthusiasm for receiving, acting on, and providing feedback
