Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and test software applications or systems for diverse products or software services.
• Gain a deep understanding of the relevant product area, codebase, and systems.
• Display expertise in data analysis, programming, and software engineering.
• Create high-quality code with thorough testing using contemporary frameworks.
• Tackle problems of varying scopes, requiring evaluation of different factors.
• Exercise sound judgment in choosing methods and techniques for problem-solving.
• Work independently, leveraging available resources to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines by applying strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Master internal development standards for coding and releasing code to handle increasingly complex tasks and projects.
• Guide junior developers, enhancing their skills.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and fellow Software Engineers to deliver engaging user-facing products.
• Demonstrate customer empathy to ensure products and solutions align with their needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest in impactful engineering.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of hands-on industry experience in full stack engineering.
• Familiarity with event backbone and job pool platforms (e.g., Kafka).
• Willingness to engage in a wide range of internal and client software tasks.
• Over 5 years of experience with React, Typescript, Python (Django), and the development of intricate backend systems.
• Proven ability to swiftly grasp new technologies and learn on-the-go.
• Experience in conducting design and code reviews.
