Working with the COO and Chief of Staff at a SaaS gamification startup to hire a remote Sales Director to sell, and create the processes that the sales team they will grow will use to sell a solution that motivates sales teams to achieve more, and exceed expectations.
– Top performers with 5+ years experience in SaaS Sales. selling into different industries
– Experience with deal sizes of about $250k (range of $100k-$400k)
– Experience in a sales director/ management role (2 years+) getting processes in place, building out a team, carrying their own quota in a hunting/player-coach role.
– Willing to travel to conferences as needed (4-5 this fall)

Initially taking what is currently in place and putting processes into place, and systems to hold the team accountable with. deciding how the team will get leads, how they will be handled and followed up, contact of communication, Sequence timings, showing that the processes are successful. Building out goals for the sales department (daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual goals)
