We’re growing and looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative. Partnering closely with practice leads and our recruiting team, you will have a direct impact on our ability to achieve revenue goals and accelerate growth. As one of the early members of our SDR team, you’ll also play a critical role in shaping our outbound strategy.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Use Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Apollo, Interseller and other prospecting tools to research startups, identify hiring manager contacts and craft targeted messaging campaigns
  • Use a creative and proactive approach to identify new opportunities, and develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business
  • Maintain a balance between a high volume of activity and an adequate level of personalization to maximize results
  • Schedule weekly qualification and discovery meetings for our practice leads with new prospects

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of outbound SDR/BDR experience
  • Desire for a long-term career in sales
  • Someone who wants to grow with us and advance their career as we grow the SDR team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone, send a high volume of outreach messages, and use a multi-channel strategy to break into accounts
  • Experience creating strategic outbound sequences to build sales pipelines
  • Proficiency in crafting personalized messages to hiring managers and executives
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize time to manage a high volume of activity
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and implement industry and messaging trends that lead to better conversion rates 
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding target
  • Receptive to feedback, naturally curious and constantly looking for ways to learn and improve
